AmeriGard is an enrollment center. We connect consumers with financial options, including:

• Loan opportunities through nationwide partners
• Debt relief and related services through third-party providers
• Credit review, budgeting, and financial education

AmeriGard does not directly provide loans, credit repair, or settlement services. Any services you enroll in are subject to separate agreements with those providers.

2. No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee:

• Approval for loans or financial services
• Specific savings, outcomes, or timelines
• That participation in debt relief or other programs will improve your credit score
   

Program results vary depending on your individual financial situation, creditors, and service providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By submitting information through our forms, you confirm you are legally able to enter into agreements.

4. Communications & Consent

By submitting your information, you agree that AmeriGard, its affiliates, and service providers may contact you by phone, text, email, or mail, even if you are on a Do-Not-Call List. Calls or texts may use an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice. Message and data rates may apply.
